Fees

$5,499 p/person for couples or friends with shared double accommodations.

$5,999 p/person for single-person individual room accommodations.

Dreamcatchers’ journeys are all-inclusive

Fee includes 10 nights of accommodations from Sept 1-11, all transportation, airport pickup and dropoff, local guides, all activities, all entrance fees, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, tips for local guides, bus snacks and waters.

Not included

Flights to and from Costa Rica, alcoholic beverages, items of a personal nature, optional tips for trip leader & driver. We also always ask our guests to arrive a minimum of one or two days before the trip begins— those hotel and meal costs are on your own.

Waiver & Release Agreement

Cancellation Policy

Should you be required to cancel your trip because of a change of plans or a medical emergency, here are our cancellation terms.

Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel between now and June 1, 2025
Your full payment is 50% refundable if you cancel between June 1 and July 31, 2025
Your full payment is non-refundable if you cancel on August 1, 2025 or after.

Please note there is a $125 administrative fee for any cancellation.
